Confirmation & Timeline

After your canopy order is placed, we'll email you confirming exact measurements, specifications, and your build timeline. Your custom canopy takes approximately 10 weeks from order to completion, and we keep you updated throughout.

Production Begins

Your specifications go straight to our production team, where your canopy is custom-built to your exact requirements. Every panel, door, and fitting is fabricated specifically for your vehicle and purpose.
STEP 05

Delivery or Pickup

Choose delivery to your location or pickup from our warehouse in Wetherill Park. For NSW customers, we offer installation assistance to ensure everything fits perfectly.

Yes. If you choose to pick up your canopy from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, Sydney, our team can assist with fitting it to your ute. If you're in another state, we'll point you toward trusted local installers who can get it done properly.

Lead time is typically 9 to 11 weeks from order confirmation. Each canopy is built to order based on your ute's tray dimensions and your chosen configuration.

All Custom Canopies products come with a 1 year warranty covering manufacturer defects on all parts. If you experience an issue, simply send a photo and a description of the problem to info@customcanopies.com.au and we'll arrange a replacement part to be sent to you. Please note that scratches and wear from daily use are not covered under warranty.

The standard aluminium ute canopy is our most versatile option, offering full height storage suitable for work and touring. The low profile 4x4 canopy sits lower on the tub, making it garage-friendly and more aerodynamic on the highway without sacrificing usable space. The fully welded canopy uses continuous weld construction rather than riveted joins, giving you a stronger and more rigid build best suited to heavy loads and serious off-road conditions.
